Shipping & Returns

All shipment will be delivered in a maximum period of 2-3 working days, although 90% of out shipment are normally delivered in less than 2 days. Purchases done after 8:00am will be shipped on the following day.

All orders recessed from Friday to Sunday or public holiday, will be processed on the following working day.

Transport agency will attempt to deliver up to 2 times in the delivery address indicated in the order. In case it is not possible to contact the customer after 2 attempts, the delivery will be kept by the courier for a maximum of 10 days from the last delivery attempted date for the buyer to be able to collect. After those 10 days, and in case the customer does not proceed to collect, the package will be returned to our offices.

In case the package is returned to our premises, the new delivery cost will be under the customer.

Products added to the shopping cart from the website will not be reserved. In case another customer finalised placing the order it is possible that the product is marked as unavailable.

ASIA PADEL reserve the right to cancel any order placed.

Postal Code shipment is not possible. Full destination address shall be provided.

RETURNS

In ASIA PADEL we want to guarantee the best service. You can return any article provided it has not been used in a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of reception provide the following conditions are met:

Damage article.
Product does not tally with the specifications described in the product description
Article exchange

The costs for exchange and return shall be under customer responsibility, having the customer the possibility to perform all the steps through our contact email admin@asiapdel.com or sending the article directly to our premises. In case the customer send the article on his/her own, in case the article is lost, it is customer responsibility and no exchange or refund will be possible. Any article arriving our premises with the courier costs to be paid by ASIA PADEL will be rejected.

In case of choosing the refund option, the total amount to be reimbursed will be the article cost deducting the shipment costs.

In case of refund, this will be made following the same process used for the payment, either Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. It won’t be possible to proceed with any refund after 14 working days from the date of delivery.

HOW TO MANAGE A RETURN?

  1. First, notify us the reasons for the return together with the product reference to our email address: admin@asiapadel.com.
  2. Put the article and the invoice, which can be downloaded from you account, in a box or closed bag in which you have received it. A different box or bag with similar dimensions can also be used.
  3. Print the label we will send you to be added to the packaging
  4. Arrange for the courier to send the package to the destination address we will provide.
  5. Once we receive the products we will review them to confirm the status and proceed with the exchange and new shipment.

REFUND
In case no exchange is wanted, once we have received the product and verified its status, we will proceed to the reimbursement in a maximum period of 3 working days.
